Return & Refund Policy 

We offer a 30 day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. 

Please note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind." 

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return: 

  • ·      The item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. 
  • ·      You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • ·      A restocking fee of $9.99 will apply to all refunds. 

Shipping Address Responsibility 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address: 

·      Additional postage and handling fees will apply to resend the item. 

·      Fees may vary depending on the item's size, weight, and destination. 

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@imaginique.com.au. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 

  • ·      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • ·      Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. 

Refund Method 

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment card used for the purchase. Under no circumstances can refunds be issued to a different card to ensure security and transparency. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if: 

  • ·      Your item is defective or damaged. 
  • ·      You received the wrong item. 

We may require photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect order, along with the return shipping receipt, to process a refund or replacement. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Some items cannot be returned, including: 

  • ·      Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants). 
  • ·      Custom or personalised products. 
  • ·      Personal care items (e.g., beauty products). 
  • ·      Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

To exchange an item, return the original item (following the return process above), and place a new order for the desired item. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • ·      If approved, refunds will be processed within 1015 business days to your original payment method. 
  • ·      Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
