If your items are damaged upon arrival, please refer to our Damages and Issues Policy below for further instructions.

Damages and Issues  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@imaginique.com.au if:  
•    •      Your item is defective or damaged.  
•    •      You received the wrong item.  
We may require photographic or video evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect order, along with the return shipping receipt, to process a refund or replacement.
